Here are some simple changes you can make today

  • Eating healthier
  • 30 minutes of exercise a day
  • Positive reflection during quiet time can change everything
  • Replace soda with water
  • Replace high carbs with veggies
  • Season your food with low or no salt seasonings; bake or broil instead of frying
  • Walk more and Take the stairs, park away from the store
  • Whatever movement you have use it; as they say "A body in motion stays in motion"
  • Play relaxing music while driving
  • Reflect on things that make you happy.

Sometimes we can be a prisoner in our own minds and thoughts. FREE YOURSELF. WHAT'S ALREADY DONE IS DONE!
